職位描述：Job Description:1.負(fù)責(zé)為公司承接品牌地產(chǎn)類(lèi)、管理類(lèi)和設(shè)計(jì)類(lèi)公司的業(yè)務(wù)，給客戶(hù)提供整體的空間軟裝解決方案，制作服務(wù)建議書(shū)與合同， 負(fù)責(zé)客戶(hù)各個(gè)不同環(huán)節(jié)的全程跟進(jìn).Responsible for business development in sectors including real estate, management companies or design agencies; responsible for interior design proposal making, contract drafting and follow-up work for the whole project.2.在設(shè)計(jì)周期、工程周期計(jì)劃中參與各部門(mén)協(xié)調(diào)，為客戶(hù)解決各種突發(fā)狀況.Able to work together with and coordinate resources from each department during each phase of a project, from design drafting to construction period and able to provide solutions for clients based on their requirements. 3、出色的人際交往能力，銷(xiāo)售渠道開(kāi)拓，建立和維護(hù)良好的客戶(hù)關(guān)系; Excellent interpersonal skills, develop sales channels, to establish and maintain good customer relationship;4、銷(xiāo)售隊(duì)伍的建設(shè)與培養(yǎng); Sales team construction and training;崗位要求： Job requirements: 1、市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷(xiāo)、國(guó)際貿(mào)易、工業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)或相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè)本科以上學(xué)歷； Marketing, international trade, industrial design or related undergraduate degree or above; 2、3年以上設(shè)計(jì)師、酒店管理公司、房地產(chǎn)開(kāi)發(fā)公司合作經(jīng)驗(yàn)； Above 3 years experience in the company of designers, hotel management, real estate development company3、具有案值在1000萬(wàn)以上項(xiàng)目銷(xiāo)售經(jīng)驗(yàn)和談判能力； With more than RMB10000000 experience in project sales and negotiation skills; 4、英語(yǔ)筆試六級(jí)以上，口語(yǔ)可熟練對(duì)話； English level six or above, can skilled spoken dialogue; 5、有工程類(lèi)或建材類(lèi)行業(yè)工程銷(xiāo)售經(jīng)驗(yàn)（有家具行業(yè)銷(xiāo)售經(jīng)驗(yàn)尤佳）。 building materials industry sales experience (furniture industry sales experience is preferred).
