崗位目標Objective of Function
支持設備日常設備維護工作及新設備的安裝調試。Support daily maintenance of machine, and , fixing and debugging the new machines

崗位職責Main Responsibilities
1.協助機械維修工和電氣維修工對無法解決的復雜設備故障進行分析和排除
Assist machine and electric maintenance man to analyze and eliminate unsolved complicated machine malfunction.
2.參與公司新項目中設備的設計、方案認可、技術協議簽訂、設備制作監控；
As a part of management level in machine design, authorization of scheme, endorsing technical agreement and overseeing manufacture of machine for new project.
3.參加新增設備的安裝調試及驗收工作，并做好從試制到投產的銜接；
Take part in fixing and debugging new machines and acceptance check, linking trial-manufacture up to puting into production successfully.
4.負責編制和維護設備標準化作業單、潤滑圖表、巡檢作業指導書、設備保養作業指導書和設備點檢保養；
In charge of establishing and maintaining standardization job step for machine, lubrication chart, inspecting standard operation, machine maintenance standard operation and machine-check.
5.對設備的工作原理進行分析，編寫培訓教材，對設備操作工進行操作培訓，對設備維修人員進行技術培訓；
Analyses working principle of machine, write training textbook,in charge of training machine operator how to handle and machine maintenance man technically.
6.負責公司設備設施維護計劃的制定、實施監督并對維護效果進行評估；
In charge of establishing maintenance plan for machine and facility at plant, actualizing supervisal and evaluating maintenance effect.
7.對設備運行中暴露出來的不安全因素，或是為提高生產效率、降低員工的勞動強度及提高產品質量而制定改進措施并督促實施并進行效果評訂；
Establish measure of improvement for unsafe factors exposing at the time of machine production, or in order to advance production efficiency, reduce workers’ labor intensity and improve quality of production；supervise and urge actualizing；and evaluate the effect.
8.負責備件安全庫存、日常計劃的制訂和備件國產化改進工作；
In charge of stock spare part safely, map out the daily grind, and improve localization of machine spare part.
9.承擔公司相關FES文件以及TS1694標準要求的管理責任，確保FES文件的有效運行，并不斷在部門內完善FES文件中的相關程序及其應用。
Responsible for the FES documents and TS1694 standard related management, ensure the effective operating of the FES documents, and constantly perfect the FES relevant procedures and applications
10.對所有設備故障進行評估和分析，并制定改進措施；
Evaluate and analyze all machine malfunctions and establish improvement step.

教育
Education學歷 Education: 大學專科以上（含大學專科）above or incl. degree of academy
專業背景 Background: 機械、電氣或相關專業 Mechanical engineering, electric engineering or concerned specialty

經歷
Job experience八年以上的設備維護經驗 minimum 8 years or above experiences of facility maintenance
