職位: 主任聲學(xué)工程師
崗位職責(zé)
1.領(lǐng)導(dǎo)音響系統(tǒng)的調(diào)整, 包括揚聲器和麥克風(fēng)系統(tǒng)的客戶的產(chǎn)品, 如耳機, 便攜式揚聲器, 智能揚聲器和專業(yè)音箱。
2.開發(fā)聲學(xué)系統(tǒng)解決方案, 為獲獎項目提供產(chǎn)品原型、聲學(xué)設(shè)計導(dǎo)線和制造工藝支持。
3.支持 FAE (現(xiàn)場應(yīng)用工程師), 并在客戶項目上執(zhí)行聲學(xué)工程功能。
4.與第三方認(rèn)證實驗室合作, 協(xié)助語音產(chǎn)品通過認(rèn)證, 如 3GPP, 服務(wù), 亞馬遜語音, 谷歌語音助理, 微軟小娜, Skype 等,
5.與項目組長和 PM 共同解決工程問題。
6.監(jiān)控和評估適合語音通信、語音識別和高質(zhì)量記錄等的創(chuàng)新技術(shù), 與第三方開發(fā)商和承包商建立和協(xié)調(diào)活動, 建立聲學(xué)系統(tǒng)技術(shù)包括回放與麥克風(fēng)。
崗位要求：
1.碩士學(xué)位或以上, 數(shù)學(xué), 物理, 電氣工程, 聲學(xué), 計算機科學(xué)或同等學(xué)歷。
2.7年以上聲學(xué)背景工作經(jīng)驗, 包括各類麥克風(fēng)系統(tǒng)、揚聲器系統(tǒng)、寬帶通信、語音識別和錄音技術(shù)。
3.熟悉各種窄帶和寬帶聲學(xué)通信標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和語音識別標(biāo)準(zhǔn), 如 TIA、3GPP、微軟小娜、AVS、谷歌語音助理等,
4.具備軟件/固件開發(fā)過程的工作知識, 具備基本的能力與 SW 工程師的溝通。
5.具備數(shù)字信號處理的工作知識, 包括回聲抵消, 回聲抑制, 噪聲抑制, 開關(guān)損耗和全雙工系統(tǒng), 子技術(shù), 波束形成, 麥克風(fēng) 。
6.具有 dsp 信號處理的工作知識, 具有與算法和芯片供應(yīng)商, 如 ARM, FPGA 和 dsp 的溝通能力。
7.能夠使用實驗室設(shè)備, 如示波器, 信號分析儀, AP, Soundcheck和熟悉聲學(xué)測試原理和實踐。能夠與客戶溝通, 有能力作為 FAE 的角色來支持銷售。
8.熟練英語讀寫能力，良好的英語溝通能力.
Job Title：Principal Acoustic Engineer
Working place：Hi-tech park, Nanshan District, Shenzhen
Job Responsibilities
?Lead the tuning of acoustic system including speaker and microphone system for customer’s product, such as headphone, portable speaker, smart speaker and professional monitor.
? Develop the acoustic system solution to support the product prototypes, acoustic design guide line and manufacturing processes for the awarded projects.
?Support the FAE (field application engineer) and execute the acoustic engineering function on the customer’s project.
?Work with the 3rd party certification Lab to assist the voice product to pass the certification, such as 3GPP, ACQUA, Amazon Voice Serive, Google Voice assistant, Cortana, Skype etc.,
?Work with projects team leaders and PM to solve the engineering issues.
?Monitor and evaluate innovation technologies which is suitable for voice communication, voice recognition and high quality recording etc.,
?Establish and coordinate activities with third party developers and contractors to build up the acoustic system technology including playback tuning and microphone system.
Job Qualifications：
1.Master’s degree in Mathematical, Physical, Electrical Engineering, Acoustics, Computer Science or equivalent.
2.7+ years acoustics background experience
3.Working knowledge of acoustics telecommunications, including various types of microphone systems, speaker systems, wideband telecommunications, voice recognition and recording technology.
4.Familiarity with various narrow band and wide band acoustic telecommunication standards and voice recognition standard, such as TIA, 3GPP, MSFT Cortana, AVS, GVA etc.,
5.Working knowledge of software/firmware development processes and have basic capability to communication with SW engineer.
6.Working knowledge of digital signal processing, including echo cancellers, echo suppression, noise suppression, switched loss and full duplex systems, sub-band technologies, beam forming, microphone voting.
7. Working knowledge of DSP signal processing and have capability to communicate with algorithm and chip vendor, such as ARM, FPGA and DSP.
8.Able to use lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, signal analyzers, AP, Sound check and familiarity with acoustic testing principles and practices.
9.Able to communicate with customers and have capability to have capability as FAE role to support the sales.
10.Fluent English capability to communication with customer and supplier.
