Key Responsibilities：
1、 The overall Program including program managing the deployment of the contract services and deliverables, and representing the HKT GDS program to the customer and HKT.
2、Ensure core processes are in place to effectively manage deliverables, including the change management process.
3、Manage resources (including the budget) with the various service providers including HKT BU resources to meet the HKT GDS contract deliverables.
4、Alignment of HKT BU resources, third party services (if applicable) and other services to the agreed project plan arising from the Program.
5、Ensure program reports are regularly updated in order to provide accurate reporting to stakeholders.
6、Ensure change requests are appropriately managed and all relevant agreements/signoffs are obtained prior to agreeing to a change.

Deliverables & KPI
1、stablish program and ensure management reporting is in place covering all aspects of deliverables, monthly reporting provide to stakeholders HKT performance.
2、Effective management of the HKT performance and ensuring contractual deliverables are met in accordance with the HKT GDS contract.
3、Change requests are clearly identified and raised with the customer and management.
4。Costs are managed within budget or budget as varied by a change request.

Requirements
1、 Engineering or Business degree/diploma with a minimum of 10 years’ experience in telecommunications or related industry.
2、Able to communicate in both verbal and written English and Mandarin (Mandatory)
3、Proven experience in delivering projects or programs (essential
4、Knowledge of a wide area of ICT services.
5、Formal Project Management certification (preferred).
