?Participate in business development in relation to enterprise performance management solutions, including Management Accounting, Planning budgeting & forecast, KPI definition, Cost Management, Financial Reporting, Financial Modelling etc.
?Work proactively with clients and use tools to assess client current status, identify best practices and client performance gaps
?Design tail-made solutions to address the performance gaps, these solutions may come in the form of process, information technology, organization enablement, or knowledge.
?Manage and deliver high quality results ensuring highest customer satisf
?Develop sustainable relationships with key stakeholders

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
?Rich demonstrable experience in one or more of the following areas of enterprise performance management:
?Management Accounting
?Planning budgeting & forecast including EPM strategy and process design, EPM package uation, ion and design and specialty package optimization
?Industrial Cost Optimization and Cost Management
?Financial business intelligence, analytics and information management including financial and non-financial Key Performance Indicator (KPI) rationalization and ion, balanced scorecard design and development, executive dashboard design and development and Finance information strategy, design and execution
?Industry experience should include in-depth exposure in at least one industrial experience
?Strong communication and presentation skills, as well as strong interpersonal skills
?Have a flexible, creative and innovative approach to problem solving
?Fluency in both written and oral Mandarin and English is required

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience
Enterprise Performance Management including Management Accounting, Planning budgeting & forecast, KPI definition, Cost Management, Financial Reporting, Financial Modelling etc.
Preferred Education
Bachelors Degree, Master and above degree would be a plus.
