ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES ： 1.take a central role in assisting the Head of Primary to develop our school in accordance with its shared values and our school development plans. 2.The Assistant Head of Primary will lead by example of their practice, and by positively encouraging and supporting all members of staff. 3.teach classes to model good practice, develop relationships, support training and development, secure the smooth running of the school. 4.Determine, organise and implement a diverse, flexible curriculum and implement an effective assessment ****work.
